Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 5-7 days. Once shipped, delivery times vary depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we are only shipping within Canada. However, we are working on getting USA & International shipping set up! 

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to make changes or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to help.

How do I choose the correct collar size?

Use a soft measuring tape to measure around your dog's neck where the collar would naturally sit. Compare the measurement to our sizing chart and choose the size that provides a comfortable fit.

What if my dog is between sizes?

If your dog falls between sizes, we generally recommend choosing the larger size for comfort. If you're unsure, contact us and we'll be happy to help.

How should a collar fit?

A properly fitted collar should allow you to comfortably fit two fingers between the collar and your dog's neck.

How do I care for my leather collar or leash?

To keep your leather accessories looking their best:

• Wipe clean with a soft, damp cloth.

• Avoid prolonged exposure to water.

• Allow wet leather to air dry naturally.

• Use a quality leather conditioner occasionally to maintain softness and appearance.

Can leather collars get wet?

Leather can handle moisture, but no leather product is truly waterproof, we like to call it weather proof. Frequent soaking may affect its appearance and longevity.

How long will my leather collar or leash last?

With proper care, a genuine leather collar or leash can provide years of reliable use. Durability depends on usage, environmental conditions, and maintenance.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, please contact us within 30 Days of purchase, and we'll guide you through the process.

Can I exchange an item for a different size?

Yes, subject to product condition and availability. Contact our customer support team, and we'll help arrange an exchange.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@tideandtailsco.ca  with photos of the issue. We'll work quickly to make things right.
